What I do

Turning complex workflows into clear, buildable product experiences

01 Product Research

I use research, product data, and business context to define what needs to be designed — and why.

  • User interviews & usability testing
  • Product metrics & friction points
  • Desk & competitor research
  • Problem framing & design direction
Problem What needs to be solved?
Insight Why does it matter?
Direction What should the design support?

02 UX/UI Prototyping

I turn user flows into clear mobile and web experiences, from wireframes to high-fidelity Figma prototypes.

  • User flows & information architecture
  • Wireframes & responsive UI
  • High-fidelity Figma prototypes
  • Interaction details & design systems

03 Build-Ready Design

I turn complex requirements into practical design decisions teams can review, build, and improve.

  • Developer-ready handoff
  • Edge cases, empty states & system feedback
  • AI-assisted product workflows
  • Fintech/API & technical product flows

About Me

About Me

I’m Phoebe, a Product Designer / UX Designer based in Stockholm. My background sits between UX research, product design, and product development, with an HCI-focused master’s degree and several years of experience in fintech payment and bank-integration products.

I’m interested in product design because I like turning complex workflows into something clearer and easier to use. My product background helps me think beyond the interface: requirements, data, technical constraints, edge cases, and how the design can actually be built.

Before focusing further on UX, I worked at MoMo in Vietnam, where I learned how product decisions connect with business needs, APIs, data, and real user journeys. Today, I bring that product mindset into my design work — from problem framing and user flows to prototyping, testing, and handoff.

I’m currently gaining hands-on experience as a UI/UX Design Intern at Gaddr, working on an AI meeting assistant. I’m still early in my design career, but I bring structured thinking, product understanding, and care for clear, buildable design.
